As of June 1st 2026, a new Colorado law was enacted by Jena Griswold and outgoing Governor Polis.

Jena and Soros NGOs pushed through HB26-1113 that redefines “disaster” under Colorado law to include any natural or human-caused event that creates an imminent threat of inability to strictly comply with the election code. Once the governor issues that declaration, the Secretary of State receives authority to adopt emergency rules that can alter normal election procedures.

What defines an emergency? Anything the governor deems necessary but worse it gives Jena full control to change any election rules, on the fly, with no oversight or accountability. We don’t live in a Democracy, Colorado is a banana republic.

“A law passed recently by the United States Congress mandates cameras in all new passenger vehicles that assess the face of the driver, whether he's eating or yawning or who knows what he's doing, having a private conversation. Well, there are no more private conversations, even within the confines of your own vehicle”

This is real and is Section 24220 of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

The law defines “advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology” as a system that must do one or more of the following:

(A) Passively monitor the performance of a driver to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired, and prevent or limit the vehicle’s operation if impairment is detected.

(B) Passively and accurately detect the driver’s blood alcohol concentration (at or above the legal limit), and prevent or limit operation if it exceeds that limit.

(C) A combination of (A) and (B).

Here’s the extremely concerning part, QUOTE “passively monitor the performance of a driver of a motor vehicle to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired”

This is mass surveillance sold to us as “safety”

The law is still passed and remains in effect. It has not been repealed”

Hawaii’s Democratic Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke was indicted on July 25, 2026, as part of a state corruption investigation involving alleged bribery related to a COVID-19 testing contract from 2022. The grand jury charged Luke with criminal conspiracy to commit bribery, bribery, and falsifying candidate committee reports, stemming from accusations she accepted illegal payments while serving as a state lawmaker.

Why are American taxpayers STILL footing the bill for influenza vaccines? Jon Fleetwood continues to thankfully shed the light on this.

We have already funded the research behind Moderna’s new mRNA-1010 influenza vaccine. An FDA advisory committee backed the shot despite it providing less than a 1% absolute benefit.

In a June Request for Information (RFI), the HHS is asking the biotechnology industry to develop influenza vaccines before the next pandemic begins, reflecting a level of planning that treats another influenza pandemic as a matter of when, not if.
