News outlets like (CBS News) are complaining because Paul’s office is not giving exact answers, but his office did say that the Fauci journals were found on multiple government servers. The executive branch (HHS to be exact) cooperated with the Senator’s office and voila! We have over 1,000 pages of Fauci’s COVID-era diary entries. Paul’s office says the journals were discovered during an investigation into the origins of COVID-19. It’s interesting that the search was conducted right after RFK Jr. became HHS Secretary. In the closing remarks of today's Fauci debacle, Rand Paul asked whether a presidential pardon would override a state. A woman from Florida also spoke, saying that Fauci targeted her state and that Florida should be able to indict.

A coalition of Republican state attorneys general formed in early 2025, led by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that he was leading a coalition of state attorneys general to investigate whether Dr. Anthony Fauci's conduct during the COVID-19 pandemic could have violated state laws. The coalition argued that President Biden's federal pardon would not preclude prosecution for state-law offenses, if any existed.👇👇👇
