I am sick of judicial overreach and I know you are too. Judges like Brian Murphy need to go. He is the one that blocked RFK Jr and HHS this week, just in time for the upcoming ACIP meeting. They are terrified of the new ACIP advisors he put together because the committee is finally balanced and working FOR our children. The judge cited unlawful actions by the CDC in reducing recommended vaccinations and criticized Kennedy's replacement of "independent" experts on vaccine advisory committees.

Murphy ruled in favor of the American Academy of Pediatrics and other medical groups, who argued that Kennedy's agenda could harm public health and decrease vaccination rates. Yes! It will decrease vaccination rates because parents will finally learn the TRUTH!

"Vaccine manufacturers, including Pfizer, BioNTech, and Moderna, are increasingly concerned about U.S. vaccine policy."
Yes, they are. Feeling it in their pocketbooks! And their lawyers are worried. Remember that a vax must be recommended on the childhood schedule in order to be shielded from liability and lawsuits. With only 11 now recommended, these companies are reeling.

Pediatricians report rising skepticism among parents regarding vaccines, with some states considering relaxed vaccine requirements for school enrollment. Thank God this is happening.

The ACIP meeting was supposed to start today but is postponed. Fine...but they won't be able to stop the inevitable. Run your play book. The truth about vaccines is out and you cannot stuff the genie back in the bottle. RFK's opponents said it clearly about ACIP: " Those recommendations, while advisory, shape clinical practice, insurance coverage, and public health strategy nationwide."

A 7-ton meteor sped across the Cleveland sky on Tuesday before breaking apart in a thunderous boom. Startled residents feared an explosion.

People several states away reported seeing the bright fireball even though it was 9 a.m.

The American Meteor Society said it received reports from Wisconsin to Maryland. NASA later confirmed that it was a meteor nearly 6 feet (1.83 meters) in diameter.

It's confirmed. ACIP has been disbanded! This is the fallout from US District Judge Brian Murphy’s March 16 ruling that stayed the appointments of 13 ACIP members and nullified all committee votes taken since June 2025.

This is what happens when Big Pharma’s business model is threatened. They lawyer up and organizations like AAP help them go judge shopping to find a corrupt judge willing to shut down the first ACIP in decades that dared to ask hard questions about vaccine safety, efficacy, and the conflicts of interest that have plagued this committee for years.

Rather than fight a lengthy appeal process, the Trump administration has decided to reconstitute ACIP.

This is an interesting turn of events and it will be a fight for some time.
