He also criticized them for the controversial paper funded by the NIH called “Proximal Origins” that denied the possibility of a lab accident. Wain-Hobson says the paper was based on “no data.”
Wain-Hobson’s private talk to National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was not previously reported. No surprise there.
