Reiner Fuellmich just celebrated a third birthday behind bars. This is a tragedy.

What we have seen so far is that Dr. Fuellmich has been treated as a terrorist for trying to expose the truth in his own country. He is held in prison on accounts of embezzlement. He was given a political trial, treated as a danger for society, and has suffered inhumane forms of detention.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) was created in 1966 and basically says that the records created by US federal agencies. requires federal records—including emails about official business—to be preserved and made available upon request (with some exemptions).

If officials:

Conduct official business on private email to avoid records capture, or
Delete or conceal records subject to FOIA

that can violate federal record-keeping laws.

We posted about David Morens indictment last week. He is 78 years old. I just wanted to comment once more from a particular angle.

We all need to remember the arrogance of these unelected entrenched government bureaucrats! Morens could be the poster child.

Investigations by Congress (2024) and later the Justice Department uncovered emails in which Morens:

Discussed using personal email accounts instead of official government systems
Talked about moving conversations off-record to avoid scrutiny
Referred to deleting emails or making them “disappear” before FOIA searches
Communicated with outside collaborators (notably EcoHealth Alliance) outside official channels

One widely cited line from disclosed emails described learning how to make emails “disappear” before a FOIA search began.

Why that matters (FOIA basics)

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires federal records—including emails about official business—to be preserved and made available upon request (with some exemptions).

Delete or conceal records subject to FOIA

that can violate federal record-keeping laws.

Criminal charges (2026)

In April 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice indicted Morens. Allegations include:

Conspiracy and destruction/concealment of federal records
Deliberately using private email to evade FOIA and oversight
Coordinating with others to keep certain COVID-related communications off official systems
Manipulating or deleting records relevant to investigations

Prosecutors say this was an attempt to avoid transparency around COVID-19 research discussions, including controversial topics like virus origins and grant funding

What the emails showed

The efforts are designed to curb psychiatric overprescribing, and were discussed at a MAHA Institute summit on mental health and overmedicalization.

RFK Jr. was the closing speaker: “Today, we take clear and decisive action to confront our nation’s mental health crisis by addressing the overuse of psychiatric medications—especially among children. The strain has been known for literally almost a century in South America, where they get ~200 cases a year that we don't hear about.

No rats have been found on the ship, and the Dutch couple was likely already infected when they boarded a ship.

Remember in COVID when one of the early scares was the cruise ship outbreaks? It just seems too familiar. They do a pandemic exercise and then all of a sudden there is an outbreak. Interesting that the outbreak is when many people are going on summer cruises.

Regarding pandemic exercises, hantavirus is rarely chosen for large-scale pandemic simulations like Event 201 because it is not efficiently transmitted person-to-person, so it tends to cause localized outbreaks, not global pandemics.

Hantavirus is a single strand RNA virus, just as are COVID, ebola, & Marburg. These are all effectively treated with zinc, ivermectin and quercetin.
