💬 Anatoly #Antonov: Washington continues to "add fuel to the fire" of the Ukrainian conflict. The allocation of an additional 1 billion dollars for these purposes confirms that the United States does not intend to listen to reason and is not going to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the crisis.
🔹Against this background, the statements of the administration representatives that the supply of defense products will strengthen Kiev's position at the "probable" negotiating table look especially cynical. It is unclear how one can, in principle, talk about dialogue in conditions when the only goal of the United States is to prolong the conflict as much as possible.
🔹Washington's short-sighted steps create an illusion among unscrupulous figures in Kiev about the possibility of "exhausting" Russia and winning on the battlefield. As a result, the number of victims of the adventurous policy of the ruling class of Ukraine is growing.
🔹The United States of America is increasingly drawn into the conflict, approaching a dangerous line in the confrontation with the Russian Federation. Such an approach will not do anything good for peace and security. It will only prolong the agony of the Ukrainian regime.
🔹We state that the unrestrained pumping of Ukraine with weapons is increasingly causing concern in the United States itself. American experts, columnists of leading publications and ordinary citizens are wondering: how much help reaches its destination? There is a lot of evidence of fraudulent schemes during the transportation of defense products. This proves that it is becoming more difficult to hush up the pernicious aspects of military assistance to Kiev.
🔹However, some of the American weapons still end up on the front line. Zelensky's militants carry out deadly strikes on residential areas of Donbass cities on a daily basis. And now they are also exposing whole Europe to extreme danger by attacking the Zaporozhye NPP. We hope that these facts will open the eyes of US citizens as soon as possible and they will understand whom exactly their country supports.

They ask a fair question: is it really so easy to throw into the void billions of dollars that could be spent on the economic and social demands of Latin America, Africa and Asia. ❗️On August 8, 2022, the Russian Federation officially notified the United States, through diplomatic channels, of its decision to temporarily exempt the inspection activities from the facilities subject to inspection under the Treaty. This exemption includes the appropriate facilities at which exhibitions may be conducted under the Treaty.
🇷🇺🇺🇸 We hope to continue close cooperation with the American side. We have always advocated and continue to advocate a discussion on the resumption of inspection activities under the Treaty from a position of practical reality.
☝️ We would like to emphasise that the measures we have adopted are temporary. Russia is fully committed to the observance of the provisions of the Treaty, something we consider to be a very important instrument in maintaining international security and stability.

🤝 The Presidents discussed bilateral cooperation, including in humanitarian affairs in view of the extensive historical legacy of Russia-Israel relations. In this context, they spoke about the Red Army’s decisive contribution to the Victory over Nazism and saving the Jewish people from extermination during the Great Patriotic War, as well as about the positive role of Jews in Russia’s public and cultural life.
They covered the operation in Russia of the organisation representing the interests of the Jewish Agency for Israel and agreed that the contacts on this matter will continue between the respective agencies of the two countries.
☝️ The leaders confirmed the intention to develop the multi-dimensional cooperation between Russia and Israel.

☝️ Провокационности данному шагу добавляет то, что он осуществлён непосредственно в период проведения Обзорной конференции по ДНЯО, где одно из центральных мест занимает обсуждение проблематики ядерного разоружения и снижения стратегических рисков.
Остаётся лишь догадываться об истинных мотивах американской стороны, но выглядит это так, что направление запроса о проведении инспекции не было продиктовано добросовестными целями укрепления жизнеспособности ДСНВ и ДНЯО.

💬 А.И.#Антонов: Принципиальными являются формулировки, которые внешнеполитическое ведомство использовало при подготовке заявления. Вашингтон бездоказательно возлагает на нас ответственность за минирование территории республики. B русофобском запале американцы превзошли сами себя, сравнив действия ВС РФ с тактикой ИГИЛ в Сирии. Нас обвинили, среди прочего, в блокировании доступа к сельхозугодьям.
🔹Решительно отвергаем данные инсинуации. Bo время переговоров по экспорту зерна международное сообщество уже убедилось, что украинцы сами заминировали прибрежную акваторию Черного моря. Эта практика распространяется на многочисленные социальные и инфраструктурные объекты. В частности, ВСУ устанавливают взрывные устройства на территории школ и детских садов, буквально усеивают минами леса и поля на различных направлениях. К слову, часть боеприпасов (например, Claymore и С-4) поставляется именно из США.
🔹Украинские террористы выпускают по городам Донбасса снаряды, оснащенные противопехотными фугасными минами «Лепесток». На них подорвались уже более 30 человек, среди которых дети и пожилые люди. In the Russophobic campaign, the Americans surpassed themselves by comparing the actions of the Russian Armed Forces with the tactics of ISIS in Syria. We were accused, among other things, of blocking access to farmland.
🔹We strongly reject these insinuations. During the negotiations on grain exports, the international community has already made sure that the Ukrainians themselves mined the coastal waters of the Black Sea. This practice extends to numerous social and infrastructure facilities. In particular, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are installing explosive devices on the territory of schools and kindergartens, literally dotting forests and fields with mines in various directions. By the way, some of the ammunition (for example, Claymore and C-4) is supplied from the USA.
🔹Ukrainian terrorists are firing shells equipped with Butterfly anti-personnel high explosive mines (PFM-1) at the cities of Donbass. More than 30 people, including children and elderly people, have already been blown up on them. Such actions clearly demonstrate the attitude of the Zelensky regime towards the population of those lands that Kiev would like to consider its own.
🔹As for farmland, there is evidence of repeated targeted arson of crops by Ukrainian formations. Even helicopters are used for this, scattering heat traps.
🔹All this proves that the real situation is the exact opposite of what the State Department states. However, this does not stop the organizers of the disinformation campaign against Russia. They do not stop attributing to us the deeds of the thugs from Kiev. The time has long come to truthfully show the crimes of the Kiev regime to the world, calling it to account for atrocities, primarily against its population.

🔹Отфиксировали опубликованное «Центром исследования экономики и политики» письмо более 70 экономистов из США и других стран мира с призывом разморозить все международные резервы Центробанка Афганистана.
🔹Полностью поддерживаем данное обращение. Считаем неприемлемой ситуацию, при которой американские власти незаконно удерживают финансовые ресурсы, принадлежащие афганскому народу. Полагаем при этом циничным их торг с Кабулом относительно условий выделения ему половины суммы.
🔹Население Афганистана переживает беспрецедентный социально-экономический кризис. Действия Вашингтона усугубляют страдания невинных афганцев и провоцируют крупнейшую гуманитарную катастрофу в азиатской стране. 🔹We have paid attention to the letter published by the Center for Economic and Policy Research signed by more than 70 economists from the United States and other countries with a call to unfreeze all international reserves of the Central Bank of Afghanistan.
🔹We fully support this appeal. Considering unacceptable the situation in which the American authorities illegally withhold financial resources belonging to the Afghan people. At the same time, we believe that their bargaining with Kabul regarding the conditions for allocating half of the amount to it is cynical.
🔹The population of Afghanistan is experiencing an unprecedented social and economic crisis. Washington's actions are exacerbating the suffering of innocent Afghans and provoking the largest humanitarian catastrophe in the Asian country. We call on the administration to reconsider its decision and release the international holdings of a sovereign state.

⭐️12 августа сотрудниками Посольства России в США были возложены цветы к могиле советского моряка Михаила Ивановича Анисимова, которая находится на кладбище «Эвергрин Вашелли» в Сиэтле.
🔹Это захоронение было найдено благодаря усилиям Представительства Минобороны России по организации и ведению военно-мемориальной работы при Посольстве в 2019 г.
🔹В годы войны из Сиэтла во Владивосток отправлялись суда с грузами ленд-лиза, на одном из которых и служил наш соотечественник. Краснофлотец скончался в военно-морском госпитале Сиэтла в июне 1944 г.
🔹Это захоронение было найдено благодаря усилиям Представительства Минобороны России по организации и ведению военно-мемориальной работы при Посольстве в 2019 г.

⭐️On August 12, diplomats of the Russian Embassy in the United States laid flowers at the grave of Soviet sailor Mikhail Anisimov, which is located at the Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home & Cemetery in Seattle.
🔹This burial was found thanks to the efforts of the Washington’s Office “Russia-U.S. Joint Commission on POW/MIAs” in 2019.
🔹During the war, ships with Lend-Lease cargoes were sent from Seattle to Vladivostok, on one of which our compatriot served. The Red Navy man died at the Seattle Naval Hospital in June 1944.

🤷♂️ Основываясь на высказываниях украинского министра внутренних дел (юриста по образованию, но, надо понимать, эксперта-самоучки в области ядерной энергетики), они приходят к выводу, что при нахождении станции «в руках неквалифицированных специалистов» неизбежен апокалиптический сценарий.
👉 О реальной причине срыва международной миссии МАГАТЭ во главе с Р.Гросси на ЗАЭС авторы публикаций не упоминают.
