Say to — нужен предлог: say smth to someone
Tell — без предлога: tell someone smth

→ We'll work out the plan later.
Мы разработаем план позже.

Форма can не меняется, но мы добавляем слова о будущем:
✔ «I can help you tomorrow»
✔ «She can join us next week»
✔ «They can finish the project by Friday»

✔ «I’ll be able to speak fluent Spanish in a year»
✔ «After this course, you’ll be able to code»
✔ «Will you be able to come to the meeting?»

Если не уверены в том, что что-то произойдет, и вы предполагаете:
✔ «We might be able to fix it, but no promises»
✔ «She might be able to join us later»
✔ «If we hurry, we might be able to catch the train»

— I couldn’t make out what he was saying.
— Я не смог разобрать, что он говорил.

To be interested in smth — интересоваться чем-то
To be interesting — вызывать интерес у других, быть интересным
