This is no longer your home. And I’m no longer your master.
No longer = «больше не».

I came across an old notebook yesterday – buried under my books.
1️⃣ Come across =
But adding «as» after — changes the meaning completely.
2️⃣ Come across as = производить впечатление. How you speak, your tone, your attitude — it all comes across as confident… or awkward.
Small phrases, big impact. Watch how you come across.

Ever caught yourself halfway through a juicy story that’s none of your concern? That’s when you remember the golden rule of English composure — mind your own business.
It’s not rude. It’s boundaries and elegance. You don’t need to know everything — and that’s your power.
I was minding my own business when they started arguing.
So next time drama starts — just mind your own business. That’s real peace.

Перестаньте говорить «I’m agree».
I disagree.

Вместо неловкого «I can’t talk!»
I’ll call you back in a bit.
Can I call you later? I’m in the middle of something.

❌ «I very like it» → Так не говорят.
✅ Правильно: I really like it → Мне действительно это нравится.

From zero?
She built her career from scratch.
We’re learning English from scratch — together.

Working from Home»
Working from home gives flexibility: no commuting, personal workspace, and more control over your schedule. However, it also has challenges. Some people find it hard to separate work from home life, often checking emails late or feeling isolated. Communication can be tricky, as video calls do not replace face-to-face meetings. Remote work encourages self-discipline and time management. People who structure their day, take breaks, and communicate regularly perform better. Despite difficulties, remote work can increase productivity and improve work-life balance when done thoughtfully.

Why is he so tired?»
Ah, no wonder!»
No wonder you’re cold — you forgot your jacket!
