Your job is to execute a convicted and sentenced criminal by injecting them with lethal chemicals. You botch the job by missing the vein.
But your job hasn't changed and the criminal is not conscious. Finish the job! There are lots of ways to do this: a bullet in the head, cut the jugular and bleed her out, etc. How about simply re-insert the needle and dose her again?
But no... you resuscitate her.
Stupid. And cruel.

My simple empirical model continues to track the global average temperature as monitored by our satellites. Based upon the model, the temperature should be peaking in the next few months, then returning to the linear trend.
Don't be fooled by the land-based measurement records, which are not uniformly distributed and are substantially tainted by the urban heat-island effect.

I've been saying for some time that November 3rd will be a pivotal point in our country's history.
If hanging chads in a single Florida county can delay the outcome of the 2000 general election for weeks, imagine dozens of non-compliant states with hundreds of non-compliant counties.
Non-citizen voting, cyber intrusion, and illegal voter rolls are just the start.
Trump's executive order in 2018, his speech in July, and the recent congressional finding demonstrating that our critical election infrastructure has been compromised, are the foundational prelude.
Foreign interference in our elections is real, and it empowers the Executive branch, the Dept of Justice, and the Dept of War.
It's going to be hanging chads on steroids...
