🔰 European stocks fell on Thursday after US President Donald Trump warned that Spain could face tariffs twice as high from the US if it doesn’t increase its defense spending.

🔰 The EuroStoxx 50 Index dropped 0.8%, while Spain’s IBEX 35 fell 1.5% following Trump’s comments and rising tensions at the NATO summit.

🔰 At the summit on Wednesday, NATO members agreed to raise defense spending to 5% of GDP, up from the current 2%.
