FLI on a wall :

SCJ1: There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.
SCJ2: What about the time?
SCJ3: There is also no question that many rights originally founded in fraud become—by lapse of time, by the difficulty of proving the fraud, and by the protection which the law throws around rights once established by formal judicial proceedings in tribunals established by law....
SCJ1: Fraud vitiates every thing, and a judgment equally with a contract; that is, a judgment obtained directly by fraud, and not merely a judgment founded on a fraudulent instrument;
SCJ4: Generally the court will not go again into the merits of an action for the purpose of detecting and annulling the fraud.
SCJ3: The maxim that fraud vitiates every proceeding must be taken, like other general maxims, to apply to cases where proof of fraud is admissible.
SCJ6: Where the same matter has been actually tried, or so in issue that it might have been tried, it is not again admissible.
SCJ1: I concur the maxim that fraud vitiates every proceeding must be taken. It was done so on standing not claim.
SCJ2: There is an absence of any declaration of the means by which the fraud has been discovered or can be now established.
SCJ7: Actually, it equally fatal to it in its present shape. The opportunity of FRAUD is so great we must adhere to the maxim.
SCJ2: That just undoes it all. How will this play out?
SCJ8: Not our job. Our job is to uphold the law and annulment is the remedy.

Maybe? 💅

But here is the MOAB.

I love God. The enemy does not.

The enemy knows that God has ALL the power. The enemy knows that God cannot be defeated. God has already won.

I regularly and unashamedly share my belief and faith in Jesus Christ.

Now there is the enemy’s Achilles Heel that the enemy does not want exposed.

My love of God controls ALL of my positions described in my posts above.

So there you have it. The real basis of the enemy’s attacks against my is my love of God. The enemy is attacking my faith.

That is an attack the enemy cannot win. So the enemy will lose that battle. And as a result, the enemy will lose all of the other battles.

I will not allow my speech to be suppressed. I will not be intimidated. I will not be controlled by the enemy.

I speak truth. I am fearless. No one controls me except God and his plan for my life.

I pray that you will consider whether I am a good role model to follow.

I love My Followers. Your support and prayers mean so very much to me.

Thanks for listening.

God bless each of you. Enjoy your day even in the most difficult of circumstances. The sun always shines light even in the darkness. All will be well. Trust God. Wait on the Lord.

INTERESTING date today, pay attention. 1871, February 21: Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871. Historical dates matter.
Keep 'em coming.

Well, sad day, I guess I won't be going back to Israel anytime soon. Think ahead - can anyone else see where this may lead worldwide?
