In Orthopaedics we joke that U of Iowa always has better results from total joints, spine surgery and other procedures for pain relief because Iowans don't complain. And that really is true. We are good farmer stock and tend to minimize our problems. So in the case of Mihailcia’s findings, if all the people whose blood she is evaluating have a commonality or unusual practice ( such as a dietary practice associated with this belief system,) that might explain why everyone isn't finding these things Dr Mihailcia is seeing. My point is possibly a different clientele. No disparaging of any religious belief. But you cannot make claims about “all non vaccinated people” from a self selected non random group. This is basic epidemiological practice. If I had a dark field microscope I would be looking at blood just like she is. I hope she keeps going with her observations and treatment trials. But in real science— not scientism— we have to be careful not to overstate the conclusions. As Dirty Harry quipped, “A man has to know his limitations.” Studies should be subjected to outside interpretation and critique. Let’s not take everything personally. I’ve been called an idiot for believing in the importance of parasites. The good news is, “ Truth will out”.

I mean I think we are moving to an area where everything will merge at some point. Security & Trafficking will rule the day. E. Musk is starting that engine by making Grok open source.

This will boil over and put pressure on other companies to be more forthcoming with their customers or audiences.

Even Sony is thinking about the future and longevity of exclusive games. Saying making a 300 million dollar product that only a select few has access to on Playstation is an Achilles heel.

Which more than likely will lead to the business model reflecting a broader outlook to release more multi-plat games.

A different world is forming before us where profit driven motive is coming into question. One where the consumer will be presented with more to choose from instead of less to purchase due financial cost.

We will see how all of this shapes up.
