Lets think about what we are seeing. Notice Universal Cargo was purchasing the Port of New Jersey. Where are drones operating? with our military helos? From the closest to the appoint systems, I managed to remember only the armoured Box Launcher (ABL) installation to launch Tomagavkov. ABL was installed in the 1980s on the destroyers of "Spurance", linkorach, as well as on helicopter platforms of nuclear cruisers like Virginia and long Beach. Of course, no universality was provided – ABL was a compact launcher-type installation and was used exclusively on military ships. ABL was removed from weapons after the new OHP Mark-41.

Back to sniffing: when I was in the military this was occasionally whispered about— the fact that we had people checking roadways and ports with “Gamma Flux Meters”. My understanding at the time in the 1980-90’s timeframe was that we didn’t look specifically for radiation but lack of background radiation because of shielding. Like a moving hole on the highway. Apparently the HP Germanium devices are next generation of sensing.
