This is a little history we never heard because of the news blackout between Soviet Union and us. Regarding the auto pen: when I was first in Private Surgical Practice I could use a signature stamp to sign the countless Medicare and Medicaid forms. But somewhere around 1998, the GOVERNMENT disallowed a stamped signature even for routine forms to Medicare. If that isn’t legal how can the POTUS or any government official get away with autopen or stamp or any non- original signature??? Also watch the color of the ink. Black is not for living people. So when Trump is signing in black he is signing for the corporation or some other entity. We’ll see if it ever changes.
