Most Americans are unknowingly eating genetically modified cheese thanks to a lab made enzyme created by Pfizer using CRISPR gene-editing.

It’s called Fermentation-Produced Chymosin (FPC) and it’s hiding in 90% of popular cheeses like cheddar and mozzarella… with zero labeling required.

It's made from GMO bacteria, mold, or yeast, not natural rennet, and it's not tested for long-term health safety. It was approved after a 90-day rat study and it's also marketed as “vegetarian-friendly”.

This is NOT the cheese your grandparents ate. And it’s just one of many silent toxins in our food supply disrupting our gut, hormones, and immune system every day.

I'd love to present you with a list of cheeses to avoid as well as the ones that are safe but there's just way too many cheeses out there.

So if you can look for the kind of rennet or enzyme used in the cheese I would seek out animal or traditional rennet first then potentially some vegetable rennets and avoid cheeses containing any microbial or genetically modified rennet all together.
