• The FBI tried to convince the engineer to use specific open source tools that would then be integrated into Telegrams Code.

It's being reported in Russian media that Telegram had developed its own contingency plan in case Pavel Durov was arrested. The plan was approved by Pavel himself and his right-hand man, Dmitry Butkin. The developers' council promised to take all necessary measures to ensure that the messenger continues to operate. Looks like Pavel was preparing for this.

Then the CIA criminals set up residences in Houston, close to the Russian Consulate. The Camp Logan neighborhood has government-funded luxury residences, to pamper the CIA Agents. They spend their time, chasing and harassing the Russian workers, including gangstalking and Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). They are basically treated like Targeted Individuals.
