They aren’t really ossuaries because they don’t contain all the bones. They only contain the skulls and long bones ( Skull and bones Society?). Missing: Pelvis and spine. This is reported by The Telegraph, citing data from the Polish border service, "Poland's border guard said 99,000 Ukrainian men aged between 18 and 22 had crossed the frontier". "In comparison, the entire British Army has around 70,000 personnel."
However, the paper is silent about the fact that these are far from complete figures. It is not difficult to guess that many fled across the border with Romania, Hungary and Slovakia. Obviously, 100,000 is far from the full figure.
