Nature is the greatest healer. Health is energy and humans are energetic beings. Your grandparents knew this and tapped into all the energy around us nature provides. They worked out barefoot in the sun. They ate steak outdoors. They drank real water with minerals, milk from cows, and freshly brewed coffee. They hugged their family and spent time laughing with loved ones. They didn’t need any expensive bio hacks because they were bathing in all the energy nature bestows. And when they got sick, their doctor told them to take a month off and go spend it in nature.
What if we started thinking of sickness as a nature deficiency?
When someone got ill, instead of giving them meds we told them to go spend a month in nature. Go to a beach, read books, spend time in the sun, swim in the ocean, walk in the forest, eat real food.
This is the way.

I haven’t vetted this completely but I never use Tylenol. Its no. 1 reason for liver failure and to my observation the damage is cumulative over a lifetime. And do you think big Pharma didn’t know this??? It increases renal carcinoma, and can cause catastrophic liver failure if taken when the body is stressed.
