Russian electronic warfare units effectively βjamβ the GPS signal of Western-supplied weapons and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes The Economist.
βThe Russians often block the location systems installed on these weapons,β the article says about the military equipment supplied to Kiev.
Sometimes this even applies to models that were considered invulnerable, the publication adds.
And then it becomes an easy target for Russian helicopters and anti-tank missiles.
