I think that the previous civilizations had these technologies already. They hid it and then pretended to “invent” them. To invent a timeline in which we are “smarter” than those before us.
I bet all music is like this as well. They had it already. I always thought i strange that we are able to distinguish easily between 1920’s , 1930’s, 1940’s, 1950’s/ 1960’s/1970’s and so on.
It’s because they gave us sped up, black/white, no sound footage to start (they had the colour technology already), and change music styles, clothing styles, “science” etc exactly every 10 years.

Im sorry that I had to get off the above podcast prematurely. I got lightheaded and am 90% better now.
