👆👆👆I met the filmaker at a meeting. I dont think this is a psyop. Several observations. 1) In general Capitol building dead zone. Where are staff? Where is the normal 24 hour goot traffic in and out. I used to live in DC and it was lit up and alive 24 hr a day. 2) The "bodies" which she says are naked dummies are the wrong proportion. Too tall, skinny with big heads. Maybe dummies. Maybe not. Whatever they are they are not human beings. 3) Why would the military or police stage a training even on the Capitol grounds? If you were preparing for a dire emergency you would make a mockup and train there. You wouldn't alert the public. In short whatever is going on here is not normal, not explainable using our standard frame of reference. DC Capitol area seems abandoned except for police military and Secret Service types. Tourists are there. But that isnt the issue? When I was there 3-4 mo ago Treasury building dark and dead ( no traffic and only one door open apparently with big construction and demolition of interior), Fed Reserve building completely closed with signs down and huge construction underway, Capitol completely shrouded in building wrap.
