Article 370
Article 370 of the Indian Constitution was a temporary provision that granted special autonomous status to the former state of Jammu and Kashmir.
It allowed the state to have its own constitution, a separate flag, and autonomy over internal administration, restricting the Indian Parliament's legislative powers in the region.
