首案涉「恐怖主義行為」及串謀殺警 控方指控的關鍵行動是甚麼？

於2019年12月，「屠龍」小隊及另一「勇武」隊伍，被指計劃在遊行期間放炸彈及開槍殺警察，遭律政司以《聯合國（反恐怖主義措施）條例》起訴，本案為條例自2002年通過以來首度使用。他們亦被控「串謀謀殺」警察。7名被告當中，6人已還柙3至4年，直至今年4月案件在高等法院審訊，並由3男6女陪審團審理。經過逾80天審訊後，陪審團最終裁定6名被告無罪，1名被告交替罪成。根據《刑事訴訟程序條例》，被告在高院原訟庭經陪審團被判無罪後，律政司不得就無罪裁決上訴，僅可就法律問題交上訴庭處理，但被告的判決最終不會受影響。而被告一方則可就定罪提出上訴。本案中到底如何定義「恐怖主義行為」？為關鍵的12.8行動詳情是甚麼？怎樣才算參與串謀協議？小隊各成員對行動是否知情？《獨媒》整理了本案的重點內容。

2019年9月6日，過百人在港鐵太子站內靜坐，要求港鐵公開8月31日站內閉路電視片段。至晚上，繼續有人於站外獻花，另有示威者衝進旺角站內破壞。
一名侍應被閉路電視拍攝到用消防喉放水浸毀站內設施，又用行山杖鑿打閉路電視及光管等。他事後被控刑事損壞罪，認罪後被判囚8個月及需賠償26萬港元。
