Loon 3.5.0(969)版本已准备好在iOS 上进行测试。
- 插件添加!#type注解，表示插件类型，新增parser类型的插件，用来作为资源解析器，暂时只支持订阅节点的解析，可在订阅页面直接配置参数（全局解析器将逐渐淘汰），相关插件示例见：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Loon0x00/LoonExampleConfig/refs/heads/master/Plugin/Plugin_Loon_Parser_Example.plx
- 优化tcp的关闭
- tls握手支持老旧算法
- 修复port规则特殊情况下匹配异常的bug
