Please read this IELTS Writing Task 2 introduction. What mistake was made here?

Crime is an indispensable part of society. As long as there are rules, there are also people who will break them. Today, the main way of punishing people for their misdeeds is sending them to prison. Prisons exist in every country on Earth and most of them are notoriously overcrowded. How can people be deterred from committing crimes? Some consider stricter sentences to be the preferred way to prevent crimes, while others disagree. In this essay I will discuss both views and explain why I think that criminals are often victims of circumstances and helping them find their way in life would be more effective than threatening them with years behind bars. I truly believe that the key πŸ— to having amazing English skills πŸ‘ŒπŸ» (and getting a fantastic IELTS score) is learning how native speakers combine words into phrases πŸ‘€ and use the same combinations 😎

Just to confirm, most online dictionaries are FREE. Here are the most popular:

Oxford Learner's Dictionary https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/

Cambridge Dictionary https://dictionary.cambridge.org/

Longman (best for idioms and collocations) https://www.ldoceonline.com/

Merriam-Webster - American English (switch to "thesaurus" for synonyms) https://www.merriam-webster.com/

Hi guys! πŸ‘‹
Let’s talk about IELTS Reading πŸ“–
πŸ”₯6πŸ‘4
Today I’d like to share with you the strategy I use to answer IELTS Reading questions more quickly πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ«
It’s based on knowing which questions come in the same order as the answers can be found in the text, and which don’t☝️
