For my IELTS General Training students πŸ‘‹ I guess you've noticed that most IELTS content on YouTube is aimed at Academic students and not really at you. So you end up filtering through the Academic lessons wondering what applies to you, and what doesn't.

I know it's a problem and here's the solution I hope you'll like. ☺️

We've just created a brand new channel, FasTrack IELTS General Training, just for you.

Describe an occasion when you complained about something and achieved a good result.

You should say:
β€’ what your complaint was
β€’ who you complained to
β€’ what the result was

And explain how you felt about the result.

I’ve recorded my answers too and will share them with you tomorrow πŸ˜‰

Hi guys! πŸ‘‹

It was great to hear your Speaking Part 2 answers yesterday πŸ˜€

How did it feel? Talking about a random topic for two minutes is not easy, but there are some tips that can definitely help πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ«
Here are some IELTS Speaking Part 2 tips to give better answers πŸ“:

1. Carefully read the prompt. You must answer the question
2. You don’t have to follow the bullet points (or even cover all of them at all)
3. If the topic seems difficult, following the bullet points may help you answer
4. Look for an easy story to tell. Make sure you pick a subject you can comfortably discuss in English
5. Concentrate on telling the story (not on using complex vocabulary or certain grammar)
6. Give a background to the story
7. Practise with a timer at home πŸ™‚

This is a very short summary. You can learn much more if you watch the video linked below πŸ˜‰
