با تلاش و پیگیری‌های آقای یوسف جمیل، حامی خصوصی آثار هنری، دسترسی آنلاین به بیش از 11 هزار اثر هنری مجموعه موزه هنرهای اسلامی برلین فراهم گردید.

This is a fundamental milestone in the accessibility of the museum collection and would not have been possible without the generosity of Yousef Jameel, Hon. LHD, a private supporter of the arts, education, and research.
Yousef Jameel facilitated the development of a special project team of art historians, archaeologists, photographers and conservators who, alongside permanent museum staff, recorded, documented and photographed large parts of its collection between 2012 and 2017.
After the successful conclusion of the project last year a huge selection of object information is now available online. This includes most of the museum’s famous carpets, three hundred examples of its little-published textiles, representative artworks from the ceramic, glass and metalwork and the ivory collection…

مطابق نظرسنجی‌های جدید صورت گرفته در 15 کشور اروپای غربی توسط مرکز تحقیقات پیو (Pew Research Center)، اکثر مسیحیان در اروپای غربی امروز عامل به آداب دینی نیستند اما هویت مسیحی همچنان یک نماد مذهبی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی معنی‌دار است. این نظرسنجی علاوه بر اعتقادات و عبادات مذهبی، دیدگاه‌های پاسخ‌دهندگان پیرامون مهاجرت، هویت ملی و پلورالیسم و نحوه نگرش دین به این مسائل را نیز بررسی می کند.

در حمایت از درخواست شورای مسلمانان انگستان، بیش از 350 مسجد و مرکز اسلامی درخواست تحقیق و تفحص از حزب محافظه‌کار انگلستان را به جهت فعالیت‌های اسلام‌هراسانه مطرح کردند. طی هفته‌های اخیر موارد متعددی از اسلام‌هراسی توسط نامزدها و نمایندگان حزب محافظه‌کار انگستان مشاهده شده است. در پی این درخواست، ساجد جاوید، وزیر کشور انگلستان و از اعضای حزب محافظه‌کار، در مصاحبه تلویزیونی با شبکه BBC این اتهام را رد کرد و با انتقاد از شورای مسلمانان انگلستان، این شورا را متهم به ارتباط با افراط‌گرایان نمود؛ اتهامی که شورای مسلمانان آن را انکار نموده است...

More than 350 Muslim organizations and mosques have collectively written to the Conservative Party urging them to launch an internal inquiry following allegations of Islamophobia. The calls for an inquiry have supported those made by the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) last week urging a full investigation to tackle the “more than weekly occurrences of Islamophobia from candidates and representatives of the party”.
UK Home Secretary Sajid Javid denied there was a problem with Islamophobia in the party on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show.
