And quran 65:4 👉 allows a momin to marry a baby girl 🐥 in cradle ✅ too 😎

Muhammad captured men from Banŭ al-Mustaliq and Hawāzin, yet we do not know that he asked about whether (a woman) one had a husband or did not, so we inferred from that that captivity is a severance of the marital bond; and the captive woman if captivity does not cut off her bond from her husband when she is taken captive along with him, then it would not cut it off if she were not taken captive with him; and it is not permissible for a scholar, nor should it be problematic for him, in view of the indication of the Sunnah, since Muhammad did not ask concerning one who had a husband or one who did not. And he knew that among them were women who had husbands by evidence of pregnancy, and he permitted intercourse with them after the delivery of the pregnancy, and men from their husbands were captured along with them (thus) captivity is a severance of the marital bond."
