🐖 It is not permissible for a wife to be disobedient toward her husband or to withhold herself from him for Muhammad said -"If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses him, the One who is in the heavens remains displeased with her until morning." Therefore, if she insists on such disobedience (nushūz), he is permitted to strike her.

🐖It is not permissible for a wife to defy her husband or refuse intimacy. Rather, if she refuses him and persists in doing so, he is allowed to strike her. In such a case, she is not entitled to financial maintenance (nafaqah)
