then it is permissible for the one who is being fought to kill the enemy combatant and the apostate and eat them without question, and likewise the married adulterer, the combatant, and the one who abandons prayer, according to the soundest opinion regarding them. And if he has retaliation against someone else, and he finds him in a state of necessity, then he may kill him in retaliation and eat him, even if the ruler is not present.👉
