Part-two
#Adam asked:
"O brother, what is that incident?"
Gabriel described the event of Karbala to #Adam and said:
"He will be killed while he is thirsty and alone and without any companion
I wish you could hear him say
"Alas ... the thirst and the scarcity of helpers has made me helpless ..."
Yet, no one will answer his cry except with swords, and they will kill him by cutting his neck from behind, and his belongings and convoy will be plundered, and his family will be captured, and his head and the head of his companions will be shown from city to city"
When #Adam heard about this incident, he cried aloud like a mother who has recently lost her young child"
The question is, why is it that God has decreed this incident to take place like this?
What lesson does Ashura _ with all this tragedy _ has for us?
Is the Master of the Martyrs, Imam Hussain (a), still testing the Shias?
Is the Hussain of our time, Imam Mahdi (a), lonely and companionless to the same degree, and awaiting our understanding of our loneliness and our need for him?
The Coming of Imam Mahdi (a) will take place and its rays of hope will shine upon our hearts and his presence will shed the darkness from this world ...
But, it is up to us to prove that we are indeed awaiting him ...

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has said:
βThe day of Ghadir Khumm is the best Eid (day of celebration) of my nation. It is the day on which God, the Almighty, ordered me to [preach] the appointment of my brother, Ali ibn Abi Talib, as the flag and principle of my nation, so people shall be guided by him after me. And this is the day in which God has completed the religion and perfected the bounties upon my nation and [the day] on which He was pleased with Islam as their religion.β

β Jonathan birt, the son of former BBC Director General Lord Birt, converted to islam in 1989 and changed his name to "Yahya" as the Arabic equivalent of his name
Regarding his conversion to Islam, he said:
βIt was the overall profundity, balance and coherence and spirituality of the Muslim way of life which convinced me,β
"I wasn't convinced that I could find a rational basis for basic ethical values [outside religion] and Islam is very concerned with [ethics] and the inner psychology of one's motivations."

πΌThe purpose of creation of man, was for him to reach to the status of #Imam_Hussain (a)
πΌWhen we read Ziyarat e Ashura, there is a verse in it that says:
"Ψ§Ψ³Ψ¦ΩΩ Ψ§Ω ΫΨ¨ΨΊΩΩΫ Ψ§ΩΩ ΩΨ§Ω Ψ§ΩΩ ΨΩ ΩΨ―"
"I beseech Him (God) to make me attain the praiseworthy status that you (the Infallibles) enjoy with Allah"
πΌMan is created to become God's viceroy on earth, the embodiment of the person who has reached perfection, and the manifestation of God.
πΌThis is the purpose of our creation, our worth, and what we truly deserve.
πΌAnd since our goal is to attain this praiseworthy status, if someone doesn't desire this, such a person is not normal and he has strayed off the right path.
πΌHow can it be possible for someone not to love the status of Imam Hussain (a.s)?
πΌIf instead of having this desire, someone is only obsessed with having properties, houses, children, getting married, becoming president, getting a social rank and position, becoming a doctor or an engineer, etc, such a person has strayed off the right path and he is not normal.
πΌGod says only those whose true goals, desires, and passions in life are God, Ahl al-Bayt, and Jihad, are natural and are living according to their goal of creation.

β What kind of people Arbaeen pilgrimage brings up?
Arbaeen pilgrimage brings up people who become true lovers of Imam al-Mahdi (a); and through these expressions of love toward Imam al-Husayn (a) and visiting him, they reach the level of loyalty toward Imam al-Mahdi (a).
This is the main reason which has been so much emphasized.
You go for ziyara again and again so that gradually individuals are raised who will be ready to sacrifice everything they have for their Imam.
This is the reason for the emphases on mournings and crying for Imam al-Husayn (a).
See how much God rewards bountifully for that! Frequently go visit the grave of Imam al-Husayn (a) and cry and shed tears until gradually your personality becomes like Imam al-Husayn (a).

"The deed that is most effective in facilitating your success in life is making your parents happy with you.
The second most effective deed is performing Salat on time.

O, youth, if you want to have both this world and the hereafter, I invite you to perform Salat on time."

β What did Imam Husayn (a) teach us in Karbala?
He taught us to be willing to sacrifice everything we hold dear (be in our family, our properties, our friends, etc) for the sake of God.
This was the lesson that Zaynab bint Ali and Abolfazl al-Abbas taught us as well.
The greatness of Abolfazl, which attracts millions of people each year to his shrine, is that before his martyrdom, he asked his brothers to join the fight and fight until their last breaths, so that when he himself entered the battlefield, his life would be the only thing left for him to sacrifice for Imam Husayn and for the sake of God.
Abolfazl wanted to feel the pain of Imam Husayn (a), whose brothers and sons and family members were brutally killed before his eyes and wanted to receive the same rewards from God for his patience.

A lifestyle based on one's nobility
We are all spiritual children of Fatima al-Zahra and the Ahl al Bayt.
We need to be conscious of this nobility and shape our lifestyle based on it.
We need to define our lifestyle based on the high status that our spiritual family has, and should refrain from adopting the lifestyle of those who see and define themselves as mere animals.
The countries with the highest number of Ph.D. graduates in the fields of economics, management, politics, art, etc ... are the ones that have the highest rate of human problems. It is because the humanities taught in the universities is the humanities based on the bestial side of human. in other words, they have a wrong interpretation of human being
This incorrect definition of man has led to all kinds of problems and plights in the world.
We need to correct the way we look at ourselves and we need to start treating ourselves correctly.
We should adjust our lifestyles based on what our soul truly desires, which is becoming like God and getting closer to Him.
A person who disregards God's remembrance will have a wretched life, and a person whose love for God prevails over all of his other desires will treat everyone with fairness and honesty and will lead a much happier life.
With such a view, life becomes sweet.
This is the secret to happiness.
