" Do we think we can go to Allah only when we “need” Him?

I’m not saying that it’s wrong. I’m saying that it’s impossible.

We need Allah every hour, every day. Every heartbeat, every breath, every bite of food, every ray of sunshine. We need Him when we are poor and sick, and when we’re rich and robust. We need Him when we’re starving in the gutter, or cruising on top of the world. We depend on Allah more than a newborn baby depends on its mother, even when we don’t see it.

Our failure to see this reality does not change the fact that it is true. We can achieve nothing without Allah. You get out of bed, pour your cereal, hug your children, go to work, run that 5K race, and breathe, all by means of the gifts He ( SWT) has given.

When we’re doing well, and everything is better, that’s the time to turn to Allah even more, with gratitude and praise. If we do that, then when we’re having hard times He’ll be there for us, He’ll rescue us and lift us up, even if we don’t ask.

This not my idea. I did not make this up. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, “Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you during times of difficulty.” (Tirmidhi)

Remembrance of Allah is not only a matter of prayer. It is also kindness to others. If I have an excess of energy, I need to use that to help someone who is ill, weak, depressed, or lost. If I have been blessed with wealth, intelligence, knowledge, or talent, then I need to use that to bring someone relief.

I NEED Allah , I KNOW that, I FEEL it.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم اَللّهُمَّ اِنِّى اُرِيْدُ اَنْ اَتَزَوَّجَ فَقَدِّرْ لِىْ مِنَ النِّسَّآءِ اَعَفَّهُنَّ فَرْجًا وَّ اَحْفَظَهُنَّ لِىْ فِىْ نَفْسِهَا وَ مَا لِىْ وَ اَوْسَعَهُنَّ لِىْ رِزْقًا وَ اَعْظَمَهُنَّ لِىْ بَرَكَةً فِىْ نَفْسِهَا وَ مَا لِىْ اَنَّىْ اَتْرُكُ فَقَدِّرْ لِىْ مِنْهَا وَ لَدًا طَيِّبًا تَجْعَلَهُ خَلَفًا صَالِحًا فِىْ حَيوتِىْ وَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِىْ.

Bismillah hir Rah’maanir Rah’eem Allaahumma inni oreedo an atazawwaja faqaddirli minannisaa-e- a-’affahunna farjawn wa ah’faz’ahunna li fi nafseha wa maali wa aw sa-a’-hunna li rizqan wa a’-z’amahunna li barakatan fi nafseha wa maali anna atroko faqaddirli minha waladan t’ayyaban taj-a’lahu khalafan s’aaleh’an fi h’ayaati wa ba’da mauti.

Be thank ful for the good things in life and that will set the mood for the rest of the day and you will find success. Give love and you will get it back in return. Morning is the best time to set the tone for the rest of the day. Speak good things to yourself and fill your brain with all that is good and that will propel you into your destiny.

✅ Chatting with non-Mahram

⭐️ Allah, the Almighty, says in the Quran that, "On a Day when their tongues, their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do." (the Quran 24:24)

So easily, we forget that one Day our hands, our feet, our tongues and our ears will testify for and against us. They will testify to our good deeds and confess to our sins as the Holy Quran proclaims.

The growth of social media usage among us, have had many benefits. But we should not neglect and ignore its disadvantages, one of which is chatting with non-Mahram. We can easily talk to the opposite gender through the social networking apps. But while chatting with non-Mahram, we are not alone although we may talk privately; Satan is still the third person. And we must remember that Allah, the Almighty, is watching over us. So we must be careful not to forget our Lord and not to write something which may cause our hands to testify against us on the Day of Judgement!

"Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and great reward." (the Quran 67:12)

May Allah, the Almighty, protect us from the whispers of the devils. Amen.
