Company ABC yearly PAT is 3 milliom
We will price it at 10X 3 million = 30 million
We will buy 70% of the share = we pay 21 million in cash or Cash with Listed compamy shares(total worth 21M), the existing owner still hold 30% of the shares.
We also offer help to the IT company onwer to list his company to KLSE if he not keen to sell his 70% share to us. looking forward to meet you and friends
