Hello Trainers! 👋
We’ve received reports in our community about issues in buying WoK: Mystery Bundles from @magiceden due to metamask error on polygon PoS.

This issue is majorly due to wrong gas estimation by metamask wallet.

Possible Solution:
✅On Extension, click the account icon on the top-right corner. On Mobile, tap the hamburger icon in the top left to open the main menu.
✅Go in settings -> Advanced -> click “clear activity tab data/Reset account”
✅This will clear the transaction history of the metamask and also clears the pending TX, allowing you to create new buying transactions.
✅While doing a new buying transaction, choose “Fast” mode, which will take a slightly higher gas fees but would execute the buying transaction.

For Claiming process: Transfer of NFTs has been blocked on WoK: Mystery Bundle contract until the sale lasts, creating an issue on claiming page. All the buyers will be able to claim their items after the dale ends.

We will keep you up to date through out the sale. 🙏

Hello Trainer,

We want to take a moment to thank you for your support and patience during the recent WoK Mystery Bundle Sale on Magic Eden. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected the buying process, specifically with MetaMask gas fees on Polygon and difficulties with claiming the mystery boxes.

These issues impacted the momentum of the sale during early stages, and we understand the frustration this may have caused.

To ensure fairness for everyone, we have made the decision to allow refund request from the buyers who don't want to keep their bundles/items. We believe this is the best course of action and allows us to relaunch the sale under better conditions in the near future.

Please fill out the correct details below to request your refund before 28th September 12:00 PM UTC.
