Hello Trainers-

As many of you are aware we have been experiencing issues with our backend services provided by Microsoft. Due to the overwhelming amount of issues and support requests for story challenge failures we have decided temporarily take the feature offline until further notice.

You will still be able to login and care for your Kryptomon, complete quests and play Dojo but please be aware you still may experience issues.

Thanks for your patience while we resolve this issue with our service provider.

Hi Trainers!

Thanks for your patience over the last week while we worked with our vendor on performance issues we were experiencing with our services.  The vendor has made some changes that seem to have helped the stability of their services and so yesterday we re-enabled Story Challenge for the Trainer's Club to begin testing the load.  As of now things seem to be back to normal so we are re-enabling Story Challenge for everyone. Please let us know if you encounter any issues while playing and we will be keeping an eye on game performance. If it becomes necessary to disable the feature again we will notify everyone.
