Hi Trainers - I wanted to give everyone a heads up that rewards may be delayed for a few days. Our reward automation randomly cannot connect to the backend where records are stored due to some changes made by Microsoft this week it appears. The reward data is all there so everyone will receive the proper rewards but we just don't have a way to issue them yet. We have a support ticket opened with Microsoft but their weekend support isn't super responsive so we may not get resolution until Monday during business hours - I will keep folks posted on the progress as I have more information.
