Wildberries has officially opened its platform to sellers in Ethiopia, allowing local businesses to sell products like coffee, textiles, leather goods, and cosmetics to customers in Russia. This makes Ethiopia the 11th market for Wildberries.
The company is partnering with Ethiopost to handle logistics between the two countries, with plans to expand access for Ethiopian consumers in the future. Founder Tatyana Kim highlighted Ethiopia’s fast-growing digital economy and strong global demand for products like Ethiopian coffee.
With its logistics network, AI tools, and fintech solutions, Wildberries aims to help Ethiopian sellers easily launch and grow online, marking a major step in boosting cross-border e-commerce and digital trade.
