The second edition of the Addis Bamboo Bazaar, co-organized by Addis Bamboo and ETT Coffee by Darco, will take place on Saturday, 8 August , and Sunday, 9 August . Scheduled from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at ETT Coffee by Darco.
The bazaar features displays of bamboo craftsmanship, handmade goods, visual art, and home décor. In addition to the artisan exhibits, attendees can experience single-origin Ethiopian coffee tastings and traditional coffee ceremonies.

The Green 40 event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 9 August 2026, at the Peace Garden within the Mesob Music Center in Addis Ababa.
The daytime community program runs from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and features a variety of interactive initiatives. Attendees will participate in tree and flower planting, observe a Peace Pole installation, and engage in the Beqollo Peace Dialogue and community art creation. The daytime events will also offer networking opportunities for peacebuilders, Rotarians, Rotaractors, and local families, accompanied by music from King Shiloh Sound System and Abacoster.
Beginning at 8:00 PM, the evening portion of the event transitions to the Green 40 Earthstrong Concert. The live musical program will feature Ethiopian artist Pamfalon performing alongside the Jimmy Malcolm Music Project, delivering a concert centered on roots reggae music.

Artawi Gallery presents Black, White and Memories, a solo photography exhibition by photographer Geremew Tigabu.
Compiled over twelve years of documenting Addis Ababa, the collection serves as a visual archive of the city’s evolving urban landscape. Working in monochrome, Tigabu focuses on light, shadow, and human gestures to capture everyday moments, locations, and textures of daily life.
The exhibition opens with a reception on 15 August 2026, at 4:00 PM, and will run through September 6, 2026. Visitors can view the collection daily from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Artawi Gallery, located on the second floor of KKARE Homes in Bole.
