Recipe 1:
1 orange
1 green apple the red ones has more sugar
2 carrots
1/2 beet. Smaller beet. If very big use a quarter
Thumb size piece of ginger (optional)
Juice and drink.

Recipe 2:
2 lemons freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel
1 1/2 cups of orange juice
4 raw garlic
1 top of grated ginger
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of honey

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add rest of ingredients
Mix in a blender until smooth

Take 125 ml 4 times day. This recipe is for the cold or the ordinary flu.
