Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Bridge communication between business and IT teams
🔹 Support Agile delivery, UAT, and digital transformation initiatives
🔹 Drive process improvements and business solution design
#Requirements:
✅ Native-level Japanese with fluent English
✅ Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management experience
✅ Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile projects
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
