New version 19.1 is on #MailBot site: https://tavel.net/download/

Created Outlook accounts are no longer listed as partially created due to the https://account.live.com/proofs/Add form.
However, OAuth refresh token generation is now only possible after the recovery email is verified. If the recovery email is verified for the account, MailBot will generate an OAuth refresh token. If the recovery email is not verified, an error will occur.

Однако генерация OAuth refresh токенов теперь возможна только после верификации резервного email. Если резервный email верифицирован на аккаунте, MailBot сгенерирует OAuth refresh token, если не верифицирован - будет ошибка.
