इस मंदिर को दुष्टों का संहार करने वाले भगवान शिव को समर्पित है। यह मंदिर महानता के प्रति एक श्रद्धांजलि है। इसके बावजूद हमारी शैक्षिक प्रणाली ने इतिहास के पाठ्यक्रम में इसे उचित स्थान नहीं दिया। यह अपने आस-पास की संरचनाओं के साथ सही अनुपात और संरेखण (Alignment) में तराशा गया था।

यगाची नदी के तट पर स्थित, यह मंदिर होयसल काल की शुरुआती सर्वोत्तम कृति है। यह विजयनगर के शासकों द्वारा चोलों पर उनकी विजय को दर्शाने के लिए बनाया गया था। यह मंदिर पूरी तरह से विष्णु को समर्पित है। इस मंदिर में विष्णु के अधिकांश लाक्षणिक नक्काशी के पहलुओं को चित्रित किया गया है और यहां विशेष रूप से भगवान विष्णु और देवी लक्ष्मी को एक साथ स्थापित किया गया है।

Sri.Gangadhareshwara Temple at Turuvekere, Karanataka. Built in 12th Century ACE In front of the temple, one can find beautifully carved Nandi which is aroun 7+ feet in height which is decorated with bells and belt carved with unique design. The sitting Nandi is being polished to such an extent that one can see the reflection in it. Also, the idol is very much intact and not being ruined anywhere.

पंचरत्न मंदिर, बांकुरा, पश्चिम बंगाल
यह मंदिर राजा रघुनाथ सिंह द्वारा 1643 में बनवाया गया था। यह मंदिर एक छोटे से वर्गाकार चबूतरे पर बना हुआ है। मंदिर के चारों तरफ तीन मेहराबों वाले द्वार के साथ चारों तरफ घूमने के लिए एक बरामदा है। दीवारों को बड़े पैमाने पर टेराकोटा की नक्काशी से भगवान कृष्ण की लीलाओं का चित्रण किया गया है।

These idols in the temple were installed by Bhagwan Swaminarayan on 3rd November 1824, amidst the holy chants of Vedic hymns and devotional fervor of the installation ceremony.
The temple in Vadtal, also known as Vadtal Swaminarayan. This temple having lotus shaped plinth is a rare architectural specimen. The nine domes on the temple adores the elevation of the temple. The temple was got constructed under the able guidance of Sadguru Shree Brahmanand Swami. The pillars of the temple bear colorful stone carvings. The construction-work was completed within just fifteen months by the grace of Bhagwan.
