Reason being-
While stores won’t go away, the metaverse can reduce the need for so many physical locations, as well as make smaller formats more functional. A virtual fitting room costs less to maintain than a physical one.

Much like any item in NFT form, NFT art is digital art that is tokenized in the blockchain. The artwork is entirely digital, meaning that investors ultimately buy, sell and trade in the metaverse.
Just like there is only one original with physical art, NFT art only has one original. Even though it is relatively easy to copy with downloads and screenshots, only the original holds the unique value.

While Web3 is on the horizon, uncertainty about the value of some elements of this new phase of the internet remains. Of these foundations, the most pivotal are: artificial intelligence, facial recognition and biometric technology, and environmental sensing technology.

In the education sector, Metaverse allows students to attend virtual classes remotely while experiencing elements of the real classroom. AI, on the other hand, has enabled students to customize their approach to educational programs based on their individual preferences. Education institutions and technology companies are collaborating to remove physical barriers and make classrooms more immersive, engaging, and communicative. With AI, VR, and AR technologies, the metaverse could become the next big offering in terms of learning opportunities for people all over the world.

IoT can be termed as the foundational infrastructure for a Metaverse. Through the IoT ecosystem of connected objects and entities, IoT objects capture synthetic data to create visual, auditory, and experiential sensations that are “real-like” in the Metaverse. Other than that, as IoT will enable the networks to merge and project a single visual display through the Metaverse, businesses would be able to market their products even better.
