The bustling Town of Deseret, now with a growing library and a museum! The main exhibit at the museum is currently a series of artifacts illustrating the timeline of the long journey the settlers took to reach their promised land.
Additionally, the brave LDS militia confronted and defeated an invading alien force, defending their home and likely their world from the scourge from beyond the stars. Unfortunately the fighting was so brutal that the battlefield was permanently scarred and nearby forests burned, resulting in what the locals now call The Scar, seen in the last picture :)

Long, long ago, a brave and cunning pirate prowled the trade lanes of the great northern ocean. Not satisfied with his theft of gold, iron, and sugar cane, the pirate set his sights on the greatest treasure of his time: The Magic Pants of Wotan.
According to legend, after a long search, the pirate indeed found his treasure in a long abandoned temple at the top of the highest mountain in the region. However, as the pirate was illiterate, he did not see the warning written above the pants: He who would wear the pants would soon find himself wetting them. On their way back to their hideout, the pirates were attacked by a great and terrible monster, and their ship was mortally wounded. The pirate's crew abandoned ship, but her captain would not abandon his treasure, and went down with his ship as it sank into a sandbar.
Hundreds of years later, the treasure would be found again by the leader of a religious sect on a pilgrimage to a new promised land. Perhaps this time Wotan would deem them worthy of his pants.
