- most animations should feel smooth again
- also to avoid some rare compatibility issues in certain apps
- you can still change it in Settings - System - Developer Settings - Set GPU Renderer
- Added back Picture Adjustment in LiveDisplay
- now the hue, saturation, intensity, and contrast can be adjusted as well
- Removed some perf blobs and configs that are no longer needed
