Comparing these numbers to state population, CA had 3% GA had 2% and ND had 1%
However, by county his estimate is 3% for Cass county, same as CA.
It looks like well, we are clean and green, yay there were only 8000 fraudulent votes here. I mean there were 1,346,000 in California. But...
First of all, that's 8000 too many.
Second, if there were only hundreds of fraudulent votes in your county it looks like that's not enough to make Captain Keshel's map.
Third, the data from the Secretary of State sent to the NYT (the Edison data analyzed by Draza Smith) shows that the votes were broken up according to an algorithm, rather than counted.
Are you okay with that? If not you need to request an audit.

So - the wonderful @WiiJama did some more plotting for me. The math kind, not the Dominion kind. I was suspicious that the same algorithm was at work in all the states. She took the Arkansas vote ratio and the North Dakota vote ratio and scaled them on a timeline by minutes from when the first report came in (elapsed time scale, not same timestamps) and then plotted them one on the primary y-axis and the secondary y-axis to account for the different setpoints assigned to each state. This is one pretty graph. Would love to hear any explanations for how both the R&D voters in AR and ND could be synchronized like this that don't involve a control algorithm....

ND does use ES&S DS200 machines, so this is sure interesting!
