Every state needs a FULL FORENSIC AUDIT. In ND, starting with Fargo and Bismarck, then statewide. We have seen AZ kick this off. GA, PA, MI, WI, NV, CO, AK, NH to follow. Even in states where Trump won, there are questions that need answering. How did that AZ audit come to be? Was it those fancy lawyers in December petitioning the Supreme Court? Was it government officials or lawyers and their lawsuits? NO! It was THE PEOPLE. That is what worked in AZ The People rose up, they read their state constitution, they served notices and affidavits to their legislators, and now that audit is almost done, and they are already getting answers. It starts with The People knowing their state constitution and knowing it well. Let's read it and read it often to understand it that well. Therein we will learn just how powerful WE THE PEOPLE ARE. We don't need lawyers to fight our cause- the constitution gives The People the power. The government works for us, not the other way around. How can we advise our government, of which we are the boss and have all power, if we don't know our state constitution?! Pretty soon we will get some notices going out to ALL SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES, but we gotta start this process the smart way. Start here folks- know your rights, then we can use our power.

Shell and I are working with patriots in other states to get a solid notice prepared. We are also looking into distribution of notices as soon as they are ready. Once we can get audits, we could take next steps to get rid of corruptible machines and advise legislators on strong and secure voting laws. It's going to be a long journey, but we will never give up and we will never back down. This country is to great and this state is too great to watch it burn and do nothing.

Here are some things we need:

1) if there were observed or reported irregularities of note or violations of observer privileges (i.e., fraud), please share that here and the county in which it occured. We will use that info to prepare affidavits.

2) We are digging through the constitution and trying to determine who ought to receive notices and affidavits. While the US Constitution gives state legislatures the plenary authority to determine the time place and manner of elections, the ND election laws 2019-2021 seem to indicate that it is the secretary of state who has been given authority to "investigate" complaints of voter irregularities. Our thought right now is that both house and Senate ought to receive notices and potentially the SOS. If anyone can provide guidance on this, we'd really appreciate it. We have two meetings coming up, one with a Georgia patriot and one with an ND patriot to look at the notices we are working on, but we need as many constitution readers as we can get to narrow down who truly has authority to launch an audit.
