As I was wandering around the internet the other day, I stumbled upon some disturbing research papers regarding elections. It really opened my eyes to the level of election fraud that we are facing. These people are conducting studies to learn how to best manipulate our elections. I found them on the National Science Foundation's website.
If we want to stand between the criminals and the integrity of our elections, we need to be aware of what they are considering.

Many NDakotans share similar concerns about issues beyond election integrity, such as vaccine mandates, lockdowns, CRT, illegal immigration, etc.
There are multiple chat groups that discuss solutions and concerns related to these various issues in ND and we recommend joining those groups as well.
In order to advance the cause of this group, we respectfully ask that any shared content and posts fall within the subject of election integrity, audits, and securing our right to vote.

This is the "root of the tree" of election fraud. A 1978 NIST publication that eventually gave birth to the FEC standards, HAVA and EAC. It is the source of all the problems we have today and guess what? Nothing has changed since the data was gathered in 1974 and finalized for publication in 1978. We still have not figured out how to use computers to tally votes....yet it continues. Go to the summary findings if you don't want to read the whole document. The list of problems in 1974 will sound very familiar. They never even questioned IF we SHOULD be using computers. It is a forgone conclusion. 1978....mark it down...A turning point for the worst. https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nbsspecialpublication500-30.pdf

This is a seminal work filed with the NIST I stumbled into.
It deserves to be given the light of day again. I have read portions of it and it is a fascinating time capsule. You can read the “Vote Counting” chapter first for example. I will be posting some quotes in the future from the publication as I work through it.
Why bother reading this you might be saying? Let's not be naive. If we are going to recommend a return to a hand count, we cannot repeat mistakes from the past. It is easy fodder for those who do not want to count by hand.
Let’s solve that problem before it occurs.

On that DPS MOA, we actually have a video of Amber McReynolds (et al.) when she was the Director for the Denver Colorado Elections Department admitting that they were using a DPS/WebEOC portal directly into the DHS to run the 2016 elections in Denver.
"WebEOC supports our Operations center any activity that happens in the field the election judges call it in or record that in the WebEOC system and that is actually our Emergency Management System for the City. So we just set up an Elections Event as part of that EMS. It doesn't cost us any additional resources at all. And actually... I think most jurisdictions across the Country use WebEOC for emergency management purposes so this is a really good tool for election offices to potentially leverage that may cost them little to nothing to deploy. "
