Just a coincidence that the most recent slick entry into ND politics is named Alex Balazs.

Have you heard of Flipper Zero? A friend's Neighborhood Watch did a presentation on it. It can replicate and access any wireless (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) without detection. It's not illegal because there are “not enough victims”.
The FZ is only one of these kind of tools that are available if you know where to look, but the components that it’s made of are pretty stock and not hard to get at all. It's why you shouldn't use key fobs or garage door openers in crowded city areas anymore.
We know the election machines are connected, an interested party could use a FZ to access and hack the machines while standing in line or carrying their ballot.

The White House is "considering" granting "deportation relief" to more than one million people who entered the US illegally before marrying American citizens.
The White House believes they will be creating 1 million new Democratic voters ahead of the Nov. 5 election.
According to the Wall Street Journal, administration officials believe any backlash over such an "amnesty order" would be tempered by voter sympathy for the couples. A final decision is not imminent, but the outlet reports the idea has been gaining traction since the summer of 2023.

This timeline lays out the creation of the centralized, federalized, internet connected national election infrastructure from 2000 to present. A special thanks to Dr. Bernardin for sharing his research. The development of the e-poll books and centralized voter roll and election night reporting systems, connected to the national critical infrastructure, hosted in the cloud, surveilled by the feds, is a complete picture of the soft coup of a sovereign nation through election subversion at the highest levels.

ND voter fraud rarely prosecuted, difficult to prevent
Identified cases of voter fraud are rare in North Dakota, but weaknesses in the election system and lack of prosecution does leave room for getting away with it, according to information from the North Dakota Secretary of State’s Office. “While some individuals…

AP Admits Noncitizens Vote In Elections Yet Insist It's No Big Deal
"The 1996 law states that noncitizens who vote illegally will face a fine, imprisonment or both. Noncitizens who cast a ballot and get caught may also face deportation."- AP 2022 article
But first they have to be caught. Second, in 2019, the Western District Court issued a class-wide ruling to require bond hearings for noncitizens. If we aren't going to deport for murder (https://www.foxnews.com/us/ice-called-salvadoran-illegal-immigrant-deported-twice-shooting-death-2-year-old) a deportation for voting seems rather unlikely.

Newest release from William Daughtery on Cast vote records ("CVRs")
Dr. Walter Daugherity, Ph.D Harvard, Professor Emeritus, Texas A&M
What is a CVR? It is an electronic record of a voter's selections. Election results are produced by tabulating the collection of CVRs and audits can be done by comparisons of the paper ballots against the CVR. Listen for yourself!
NIST standard states that CVRs are not confidential information, yet the North Dakota Secretary of State office refuses to instruct county clerks to release them. Is the Secretary of State office violating this federal standard? Most clerks claim they have no idea what a CVR is. Some were instructed that it was illegal for them to look at CVRs. If this is the case, how can clerks confidently certify their own elections? This renders the machines useless. https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/SpecialPublications/NIST.SP.1500-103.pdf
