A powerful nor’easter could stall near New Jersey and Long Island, New York, this weekend, bringing major coastal flooding, damaging winds and power outages to parts of the Northeast.

This nor'easter doesn't want to leave.

It gets stronger off the Jersey shore tonight, and then on Sunday it turns around and comes right back.
